I asked on Biden "clean energy" press call about his fracking position. Campaign official: "His position on this has remained consistent which is no new fracking on federal lands. He has said that from the outset and that has been his position from day one of this race.”

Good on Joe. We need fracking to allow us to continue to provide cheap, relaible and safe electric generation and also help continue the downward CO2 emission trend that the switch from coal to natural gas has yielded.
