    It’s interesting how some people assume that presumption lies with Keith Davis’s guilt because he has been tried 4 times. Presumption should always lie with innocence and to a larger degree when it’s the 4th trial on the same charges.

    During closing arguments, ASA Seidel told the jury that the state never sought a DNA connection between Kevin Jones and , this was obviously not gonna be a DNA case, stupid *smug scoff* WEIRD MY WALL OF DNA-RELATED REPORTS REQUESTED BY THE STATE DISAGREES.
