While Gavin had prominent Democrats campaigning against the recall it will be interesting to see who, if any, lend their support to chesa. We both know nobody is sticking their neck out for the BOE

Paul, sotomayor is not an elected politician and she will never face an election where her support for a candidate or issue could cause her political harm.

Well if I have to name just one, In my opinion
@DavidCamposSF's career in democratic politics, and fame is obviously benefited by both the controversial nature of change in the criminal justice system, and@chesaboudin 's obvious success and leadership.http://standwithchesa.com2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

Last thing Paul and then I’ll leave this alone. One can strongly criticize chesa while not supporting the recall of him. I do not generally support recalls but the BOE has crossed the line. Also I have had 2 kids in SFUSD for over 10 years

SFUSD parent here. The recall election will cost SFUSD’s general fund $5-7 million!
All the Dems here voted to oppose the BOE recalls except Ronen, Li, Mandelman, & Tung.
The Board of Ed Recall doesn’t have much mainstream support. The SF Republican Party supports it, though.pic.twitter.com/lHuQBnUsqj

Which of our elected officials are openly supporting the Board of Ed recall? Show me a list; I’m waiting.

I agree!! Our local politicians are gutless when it comes to opposing the sf Democratic Party central committee or the UESF This is a grassroots effort that is not tied to political parties. The people’s voice will be heard when the three are ousted

I normally disagree with you yet find your arguments intelligent and thought provoking. You’ve now gone http://wacko.So you think these national figures , non San Franciscans started the recall push? Ridiculous, open your eyes

Oh, I think the recall push was started right here in SF. National figures and VC billionaires liked what they saw and are promoting it.
What do you think it is about the recall campaign that #January6thInsurrection inciters like Glenn Beck and Charlie Kirk like so much?
