The support team is nothing but canned responses that can't give me an answer. They say my name has changed, but it clearly has not changed as I've had "Bloodbath and Beyond" my entire YouTube career. I updated my URL, but never my name, which the verification is based on.pic.twitter.com/UBamg8XGlr
