I beg to differ. Blizzard's Customer Service is one of the best out there, I just asked the wrong service. It's my fault.
Not sure friend. In the years I've been here I don't think I've seen a non-sponsor booth at Blizzcon. You could email PR@Blizzard.com ^KAL
