I hate the term cash-grab. Blizzard is not trying to goad you into giving them money. I mean they are, but they're not like being MALICIOUS about it. Also, they might have wanted to release it then, but couldn't for some reason or another, to be fair.
Maybe it wasn't ready, maybe there was some weird bug in the animation or the model was fucky or the color was wrong or they just didn't even think of it. They're human, too.
