Also i don’t feel bad about Teldrassil burning in the next expac. Like, sorry? Horde had their main city turned into a raid? Also something about losing Lordaeron was circulating- the second time a main city lost/fucked with? Plus Teldrassil hasn’t been touched in years

It needs a revamp tbh, even through the form of fire and brimstone. I’m always so bored with Alliance stories, hopefully the burning of Teldrassil will make it more interesting

But the last two expansions have been entirely about the Alliance. The last notable Horde event was the siege of Orgrimmar.

I'm confused. WoD was literally about the Iron Horde + chasing Garrosh (Horde) and then Legion was both factions uniting, had stuff going on both sides.

I guess you could say that's true. I've just always felt that the most salient, fleshed-out characters lately—Khadgar, Prophet Velen, Yrel, Varian, Anduin, etc—have sprung up from the Alliance. Garrosh was a small segment of WoD.

That is fair! There was definitely an emphasis on faction leaders Alliance-wise for the last while. That being said there was also Vol'jin dying and Sylvanas starting into Warchief which is also a big deal! But I get what you mean :)

Very true! I'm pretty sure that the Horde will be playing a super pivotal, imperative role in the next expansion, with Sylvanas being the most pertinent character in the overarching story. I'm pretty thrilled.
