Man, Dark Souls 2 is just a pain in the rear. Maybe we'll beat it Wednesday. Hope Dark Souls 3 delivers on the boss fights. Only been a couple fun ones in DS2, the rest are pretty forgettable.

I guess the poison boss too but it wasn't good memories.
At least DS2 never reaches the lows of the whole fire and lava portion of DS1, which had awful level design and non-stop bad bosses: Ceaseless Discharge, Centipede Demon, Bed of Chaos. 
Overall though, 1 and 3 trounce it in general.

We can forgive DS1 because the developers ran out of time and budget for the last 1/4th of the game.

I havent played 3 or bloodborne yet but but I've heard people who have played them feel the same as I do about ds2. Director was working on BB during ds2 after all and someone else directed
