I set the time limit for Twitter to 1 hour on my phone and tbh I run out of twitter by ~10am each day before I even get to work.
RIP. Here's to better habits and more mindful social media! I also deleted the Instagram and Facebook apps from my phone - they are PC only now! 
Great idea! Facebook and Instagram are mostly collecting dust on my phone, but I should take the symbolic step of expunging them from it, too. Those apps can be such an unbridled time-drain.pic.twitter.com/7khykw6eti
