Seriously? Suspensions going out for the leveling potion bug?
Don’t you have much bigger fish to fry @WarcraftDevs?
Maybe fix your game instead of suspending people who are subbed as you’re actively begging players to return for the weekend. Ridiculous.

Are you saying exploits should go unpunished? Or that since there are larger issues, the smaller issues should not be fixed? I don't know anyone that found the bug and kept doing it thinking that was intended.

Yeah, I agree with Zorea. This game is an MMO, and players are going to yearn to break out of the monotony and escape the confined parameters. There are much bigger things to worry about than people temporarily having fun with a glitch. Blizzard just doesn’t like losing money.

You assume their dev team is some zero sum game! That worrying about small glitches removes work from larger and more serious issues (e.g. DDOS opposing teams). While there are bigger things to do, it's odd to think they're moving devs and support from larger issues.

I’m not really talking about the allocation of development resources. I’m more focused on their game philosophy. I think they should save bans for game-breaking exploits, and embrace the messy nature of an MMO. Players doing this weren’t affecting other players’ enjoyment.
