It’s called too much investment in an unsustainable business area: esports. I don’t think anyone should be too surprised; Overwatch League is a joke. Though now the company can return to focusing on the core of what made it strong!

What made them strong was passion for good games and a fun experience. Problem is that the ones making the decisions are not the same people that want good games and fun experiences.
