I’d like to comment that I won five matches. Lost five in Team League with the same people. Three of us were placed in Silver 4 and one of us was placed as Grand Master... what the hell Blizz??? What the hell...

That is because of individual mmr. The system doesnt care who you were with. Those other 2 people were more than likely higher ranked in other modes, which is where the system gets its info. My five man has my whole team in plat and me in silver. Which is the same as HL.

Idea: Set everyone to the highest rank/mmr they achieved last season and let nature do the rest
