Also Note: In order to address increased match times, we will also be reducing Altar respawn times on Towers of Doom from 180 to 90 seconds during this ranked downtime.

It would be nice if you guys could address the snowbally nature of maps now that minions do more dmg and teams can get double the globes. Braxis has become absolutely horrible now and Warhead can be just as snowbally with AFK offlane shovers like Zagara/Azmo/Abathur.

Why didn't you just "completely" reset everyone. It's not fair to reset some, and force them to redo placements when others don't have to.
