Why kill Kerrigan's damage and Shields? 10%?? Why not 12.5%? Why no buffs to her Q build and other underperforming talents?

I agree her damage is too high with Kinetic Fulmination, but her shields comes from her damage, so nerfing her shields with her damage just nerfs her shields twice as much.
