The people who work at truck stops, diners, motels, etc. that depend on human truckers and their biological needs? It's like an ecosystem collapsing. Yang isn't saying to ban automation, but tax it, to incentivize companies to have human workers when possible.

This way innovation doesn't stagnate, it just goes into doing things humans can't already do. Technology and innovation can be for anything, not just human replacement.
