Earlier in Tin Sui Wai Kenswood court (around 4pm on 10/11/2019), 2 10-year-old got arrested for no reason. Residents weren't sure if the police specifically came for them or they saw them there.

Later at night, residents asked the management (the man in blue) what they would do to avoid this from happening again. Police car came again at 8pm, they picked him up and left. He came back at around 10pm.pic.twitter.com/OVHxGYARjZ
