Two KEY facts confirmed by IG Horowitz so far (media, you might want to plug your ears):
1. FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign was based "ENTIRELY" on phony Steele dossier
2. IG Horowitz says he cannot rule out political bias in FISA applications at this point
Conversation
Bias in the FBI was made clear b/c the IG report was developed by testimony w/o legal authority or consequence. To exacerbate a false No Bias predicate theory is foolish - Unless you believe that the FBI’s one-sided mistakes were simply the efforts of simpletons and fools.

I may be wrong, but the report was written by an official that Obama appointed.
What makes the dossier a phony is the primary source that provided the intelligence, and was paid by the FBI, was a know phony.

Replying to
"We did not find information in FBI or department EC's, emails, or other documents, or through witness testimony, indicating that any information other than FFG information was relied upon to predicate the opening of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation."

But the original FISA warrant was *entirely* based on information provided by Steele. The FBI even said in internal emails that it was a "single-source FISA" and named Steele as that source.

Not ruling something out after 2 years of investigating is saying that it doesn't exist - for sure that you can't prove it

Saw and heard the IG say although the application and the reapplication for the FISA warrant on George S was filed incorrectly and not adhering to FBI protocol nevertheless the concluded:
1) warrants on Trump associates were legal and warranted. 2) no political bias was found.
