The Nazis were genocidal murderers and they're used as villains because they represent the worst of humanity. They're fascists and want anybody to the left of them to die. Depicting them being killed in a game is nowhere akin to gloating about killing a suffragist.

You're speaking the obvious there captain. Problem is you continue to show how you cannot separate reality from fiction.

Yes I do. I understand that Wolfenstein doesn't promote going around killing Nazis. But a real person made a real video of them gloating about killing a feminist in a game. That's reality. I don't think you understand that.

"I understand that Wolfenstein doesn't promote going around killing Nazis." If you can do that you can do the same with what the youtuber did in a video game.

What he did was not an act of fiction in a purely fictional world. He exists in our world and is promoting violence in it. You're perpetually ignoring context, or don't know what that word means.

I've exhausted my patience in trying to reason with you so that you can stop looking like a fool over this. At this point it's gonna go in a circle. Read what I said over.

"I won't argue with you, and you look like a fool" Totally not a cop-out on your part after repeatedly misrepresenting my argument as that of Jack Thompson while repeatedly missing the point that I'm talking about this person, not about games. Don't misconstrue ppl in the future

You're argument only holds ground if the person you talk to cannot separate reality from fiction. And yes, it is Jack Thompson levels of retardation because it's to justify a ban. Put your outrage to better use.

That person posting a video on YouTube, in the real world, and promoting it in the way he did is not fiction. It sounds like you're the person who cannot separate the two. Justifying a ban from a person, in the real world, promoting violence, is far more reasonable than Jack.

Honesty, I'm not "outraged". YouTube has already done the hard work for me. The people who want him back on YouTube are outraged. I'm just criticising a callous idiot for promoting violence in his real YouTube video.

I'm bothered because it sets a standard I don't agree with since anyone could be hit over "promoting violence". This could be used on anyone who uploads games. Those who were bothered over this person uploading a tasteless video can get fucked for all I care.
