We're really sorry to hear that you feel disappointed. We're taking what you're saying to heart. There are still some characters and a variation that can be purchased with creds.
We gave a heads up about this in the in-game news section, but we understand that not all players might have seen it and that's definitely on us.

I saw a heads up that said buying characters w creds was encouraged before the update. Lot of people don't have them all unlocked yet. For people that leveled up all the way was fine but newer players kinda got shafted.. thanks for listening!
