Several of my Twitter followers have stated that a *majority* of contemporary trans women plan to retain their penises and testes indefinitely while presenting outwardly as women. Does anyone have a link to survey data that estimate the actual percentage?

From 2001- 2007 when I was a counselor in an HIV / AIDS education program focusing on trans people, the only reasons I ever heard against getting SRS was money or surgeons wouldn’t perform elective surgery on POZ people . Everybody wanted it gone

Most of them these days are keeping their bits intact. Is why they go into rage when people say women do not have penises

Many American trans (among other nationalities) go to Thailand where the surgery is much cheaper. If vaginoplasty were someone's top priority, they could afford it.

If someone states at the begining of Transition they have no desire to undergo SRS, can they truly say they have Gender Dysphoria??!!
