From 2001- 2007 when I was a counselor in an HIV / AIDS education program focusing on trans people, the only reasons I ever heard against getting SRS was money or surgeons wouldn’t perform elective surgery on POZ people . Everybody wanted it gone

Many American trans (among other nationalities) go to Thailand where the surgery is much cheaper. If vaginoplasty were someone's top priority, they could afford it.
