Recommendations are based on the individual’s Google/YouTube activity, their watch and search history, and whether they’re signed in or signed out. Users can remove recommended content by selecting "Not interested", this will influence how YouTube suggests videos in the future.
I'm getting almost the exact same suggestions while signed in to a channel that only watches tech/gaming videos. There is absolutely nothing in that account's (/user/MoreMarriland) history that would cause those videos to be displayed in the recommendations.pic.twitter.com/TCgqqHIVNS
I mean, that's great and all, But a dozen different people all seeing these recommendations with no history of watching these type of videos is a little...suspicious? I've gone over my own history, over a month, and have nothing even closely related to this
I’ve gotten the exact same suggestions, but the only thing I watched was a Sesame Street video out of curiosity. That was all.pic.twitter.com/Cz4DZ3TNK8
