The more years I have in this industry, the less titles mean to me. I've seen people with no in house experience call themselves senior. I've seen game designers with a team of 0 call themselves leads. I've seen 15 year veterans call themselves mid-level.

The only time titles have meant anything to me was discovering men I thought were mid level, with less experience than me, we're seniors on way more money than me.
