Beyond Sausage is awesome. There's no reason to eat real sausage.

Yeah not to vegan-punch, I love my vegan friends, but there is literally no meat substitute that tastes like the real thing. I can eat vegan food happily that isn't trying to be something it's not, but I have never enjoyed a faked meat product.

I grew up vegan, no one can make vegan food taste good. Not knocking vegans, but I will never go back to being one.

There are vegan things that I make myself and love, and it doesn't even occur to me to think whether its vegan because it's delicious. The Cuban black bean recipe I use, or Gallo pinto. Whats never good is shit trying to be shit it aint. I. e. cashews will never be cheese...
