To be fair, some nonbinary people don't identify as trans, and that's valid and is up to them. We do not have the right to tell them definitively that they have to be. There is no one narrative that fits all nonbinary people, and if there were it'd kinda defeat the point
I'm NB and I don't identify as trans. I never experienced body dysphoria just social one and I feel like that would undermine experience of trans folks. If someone includes me under trans umbrella it's fine but I don't do that on my own.
