When our PM is responsible for undermining our democracy, we have to work together to stop him. I’m glad to be working with Jo Swinson and Sir John Major as part of @thatginamiller’s Judicial Review.https://twitter.com/joswinson/status/1167427093346639874 …

Parliament has been undermining democracy since they began to ignore the democratic will of the electorate 3 long years ago. The time for arguing has long past.

True, but the majority wanted to leave. And I speak as one who voted to remain. The point is it’s not democratic to say you will honour the referendum decision and then do all you can to subvert that decision. Forget deal/no deal for the moment. The decision was to leave.

David Cameron, said he would honour the referendum decision, and then he quit. His authority to make such a claim went with him. There was never a law that said the decision of the referendum would be implemented, let alone in what form. Parliament, in August 2019, is on its own.

Didn’t all the main parties say they would honour the result? By quitting David Cameron showed his lack of guts. Parliament have had 3 years to sort it. Why haven’t they?

If referendum would be binding it's result would be challenged in court because of lies and illegal money used by leave side. But it's not binding, so we can just revoke article 50 and start fixing what that bunch of a*holes broke.
