Ok So they are building alot if the renewable energy sources. As a country they put off more emissions than the United States. China & India have not been lowering their emissions and the Paris Accord does not require them to.
USA produced twice as much co2 so far. Paris accord is too weak, yes. It requires all countries to reduce their emission though. Take responsibility for your country first and then look at others.

The Paris Accord isn't just weak, it does nothing. They move money from one country to other countries that have less output.

This is not one of those situations. If we are going to go with all of the theories and the doom & gloom, everyone needs to be in or it is a waste of time. As I said before, China & India have 2 billion more people then the US. If they are not spending & doing the same, forget it
