SIS will help connect ppl to services hopefully. I saw a guy in the Castro this past weekend about to shoot up in his leg. When I parked my car he stopped. I believe he was ashamed I didn’t record/photo him. I know that addiction is an illness & many ppl need a safe place to use

It’s a health/public crisis. Ppl complain about ppl shooting in public. SIS will provide additional services. Just have to come up with a solution to combat drug sells happening in SF, the real issue is allowing drugs to flood the streets.Access to drugs keeps addiction occurring
