It's an attempt to be "clever" with the language. Hurricane Katrina resulted in ~1800 deaths. It was a fatal weather event. But nonetheless, millions were subject to Hurricane Katrina. They didn't die from it, but were subject to it, and it was such an event.

The other half will be subject to non-lethal fatal heat events. ;)

Thats nuts. Californians sure do vote for some awful politicians. And people are leaving.

All living people are warm and die. Dead people are cold and do not die. Something something contrapositive something something Bayes' theorem. Therefore, warmth causes death.

It’s like they don’t listen to what they are saying. Bang yr head against the wall stupid.

No one lost their mind on climate. Brown & Co do not believe what they say. Climate hyberbole became the norm for alarmist rhetoric. They pretend to believe themselves, + pretend to be outraged when others do not believe.

It makes sense when you consider that it’s coming from governor moonbeam.
