Or eat less feedlot meat. That alone more than offsets organic. Since organic requires Zero chemical fertilizer, it can be said to be more efficient in that regard.

Based on what do you say this? Does organic mean extensive? It is not the same, it is not even close. Agriculture with intensive labor and use of organic fertilisers do not need extra land to produce more.
