it is not. BAU: $0. Optimal: benefit $29.9tr. Stern: cost $67.3tr. What I said was "Not fixing climate smartly can cost us $29.9 trillion in total" (staying on BAU means forgoing $29.9tr). Overreacting and going Stern means wasting $67.3tr. Hope this makes it clearer?
