Doesn't RCP8.5 project significantly more coal usage then exists on the planet?

The reality is they don’t know, and you don’t know. So the question is, are we willing to risk it? And in making that assessment, what is the potential cost vs what else could we achieve with that money? I’d say an awesome lot but what’s the use if climate change is catastrophic?
