Could that be because "skeptics" have derailed policy? Definitely the case in then US... as a "skeptic" do you feel you will bear some responsibility for the impacts of #climatechange ?

The majority of climate change is natural. Hopefully skeptics will eventually force governments to see sense and put an end to disastrously harmful climate policies.

If emissions are falling (whatever the reason), the EU ETS will by default not contribute to further cuts. That’s the logic of the system! This is old news.
