£30 bln is the cost increase between two mitigation scenarioa, 5% of the cost in base mitigation scenario. Makes 20x30=£600 bln.
omg – now I get it. Have you asked the authors about their cost estimate of base 80% red? Do their cost estimates come just from TIMES or?
