Using the same data, you also get your median of 55% (but of course median and average are not the same)

That extra 55% (or 70%) would not necessarily be all at the expense of "nature" anyway. Whatever that is.

Organic production takes more land, and that's not a plus. But it's one of many factors to consider. Behooves us all to be accurate.
