US ALREADY produces over 16% of its electricity using renewables, according to EIA's own data. Add nuclear, it's 36%. More than coal or gas.

If we don't produce most electricity with carbonfree sources by 2030, I'll be shocked. Then electrify transport & incorporate heat pumps.
