@tan123 People emit CO2 while pedaling. Duh.

They - the Green Party local administration - did the same thing last year, although a smaller sum.

They recently banned diesel cars for a day, a car Norwegians are urged to buy bc low carbon emissions.

They also allow big ships generating power with their bunker crude driven engines in the inner harbor.

"...the city wants to cut its dependence on cars and promote a cleaner mode of transit" and it's only 500 - 1000 grants...NBD
