@doug_parr Not true. I say less coal, more gas over 20yrs; will reduce CO₂ much more than conventional policies, and generate not cost $

@BjornLomborg yes bt in article only via shale - v unlikely to make difference in e.g. EU. Would you support regulation on old coal statns?

@doug_parr realistically, only work by making gas cheaper, not coal more expensive, hence shale. And the big play is China, India, not EU
