In fairness, you have to specify what you mean by "poverty". Otherwise it's like saying the famine was caused by the lack of food. I agree, though, the climate change narrative as the cause of all the modern problems is getting tiresome.

So easy for corrupt and incompetent governments to blame climate change for their problems. Climate change will result in more extreme events but with good planing and investment most can adapt to these challenges.
