Is the issue here whether “climate change” (or extreme weather?) CAUSES deaths? If somebody dies while out in the fields during hot weather, is his death caused by (1) heat, (2) failure to stay out of the sun (in the shade), (3) failure to rehydrate, (4) a pre-existing condition?
