Give it a couple of years. Then fires will destroy the houses, sadly kill people. Cause: global warming. My respect to you for trying to display the facts. Hope people will wake up to reality so that meaningful measures are implement.

A great example of the "expanding bullseye" where population growth pushes people into marginal areas ill-suited for residential life. We see this here and in coastal developments where unstable areas are also the most attractive. Stricter insurance rules would help.
