I have followed
@BjornLomborg for years and he makes a lot of sense to me, but Fox News and right wing media are just as guilty of scare mongering and “cancel culture” (I hate that term) as any other media outlet. Partisanship distracts from the message.

I agree with much of what you say in this article, but I think that you do yourself a disservice adopting this sort of rhetoric. I can understand that your views have been marginalized but terms like “cancel culture” are divisive and will alienate many.

Climate change is effectively testing the fragility and robustness of supply chains (infrastructure) which basically are a fundamental part of our lives and economy.

"testing" is another word that has magnitude to it. How damaging will sea level rises be? Will many have to relocate? Not as long as they build dikes. Also there are positive effects too like increased agricultural yield
