3.3's estimate of biodiversity cost, relying on expenditure on protecting biodiversity, seems to ignore that probably the largest cost of protecting biodiversity is the opportunity cost of not using the protected area, which isn't monetised. Did I miss something?

If the natural ecosystem is destroyed, many people will be unhappy. Even if they presently don't go there as tourists, they might still prefer it survives. Has this been taken into account? Because 0.21% for 4°C seems pretty small.

How can you possibly be so oblivious as to think the GDP loss from 8C temperature increase will be within the range -4% to -16%? I trust serious scientists and economists will respond to and correct this foolish tweet and article.
