Questions that people get wrong. Where does CO2 absorb heat? Most people think in the lower troposphere where the surface radiates. They are wrong. CO2 absorbs heat from the sun above 70mb along with other gases. 1)
But you'd sort of expect that, because there's more things that stop floods.
