Meat is generally not healthy to eat, but this is a viable alternative for those who have restrictive diets.

Meat is the food that lifted us to sentient beings and if organically kept & grass fed is extremely healthy to eat.

That is a hard NO from this carnivore.

It's interesting to see how many people react almost viscerally to this news. I wonder why it produces a feeling of disgust? Is it too close to meat, but yet not really there? Why is regular meat thought to be better? Tradition? Why wouldn't we want something engineered for us?

Because food companies want money not our health, and because we understand press announcements always exaggerate the value of tech advancements and the product is likely way inferior nutritionally etc.
