Most in this presentation is plain wrong. In 2019, hydropower and modern renewables (NOT tradititional biomass) had a share of 11% in total primary energy consumption. Wind and PV alone had almost 5%. These are the numbers when correcting for losses in thermal power generation.

Also, the Kyoto protocol was a success in the sense that the planned emission reductions were achieved. And the IEA had always the most conservative scenarios in terms of emission reductions and is nowadays forecasting a potential peak in emissions in the 20ies.
