That good fire mitigation strategies are important tools in thrawrting the greatest consequences of climate related wildfires is not indicative that the warming climate is not a central component of why we are seeing greater intensity fires with more frequency.

These responses are why it’s such a heavy lift to get past virtue-signaling before we can speak rationally about key matters. We have to spend 20 minutes talking about climate change before we can spend one minute talking about policies that would actually affect wildfires.
