I met President Lee of South Korea ~2010. He was rightfully attributing SK's success in no small part to reliable power. Weekly when dealing w cohorts in India outages are an issue. What's btwn their ears, fabulous human capital , less useful when they cant be on Net.

One hour hour of outage per month is a low bar. Our power in the capital city of Kansas was out for 6 hours in August, Many parts of California have had their power cut off in August before the arson induced wild fires. Why isn't California on the list
