Malawi, with 71 detected cases, 41 still being treated, 29 recovered and only 3 deaths reported, a slow linear infection trend typical of Tropical Africa ... It's just astounding that anyone could imagine Malawi would ever have even 100 deaths per year directly from COVID-19

Bjorn, please can you stop making logical, data driven arguments - this is the last thing we need right now. We need more hysteria, and MUST base our decisions on “the science” or something - and lockdown is the ONLY way to deal with the virus.

Thank you, but we must understand that even this think tank study is absurd. They can't possibly know the costs or benefits of a lockdown. They say it would save 12,000 people, but they have no way to know that. There is no "model" that can predict anything like that accurately.

This is brilliant piece of work, it's what we've been saying but constantly been told to pipe down and listen to Drs. We cannot have a blanket approach to solving this problem. Thanks alot, your earned a follower
