Unfortunately, they don’t “lack sanitation”, both those peoples and their leaders are not really interested in it. It is not an issue that requires either money or rocket science to solve. All it takes is hard manual labour, and that is probably the problem.
Sanitation is a serious challenge for the #Ghana. Programs to improve the situation have been implemented, but no systematic scale-up has so far been projected to boost urban sanitation across the country.

plenty of money in getting western wokesters to pressure governments to cough up for vaccines. No money in buying shovels and letting them dig sanitation. Like the old days, we'd buy them a very expensive tractor from a German manufacturer, when a shovel is what they needed.
