But the criticism has been so virulent (look at UK press left & right) that you can bet rationalization will be the name of the game. Also, Sweden Govt seems much more mature in admitting errors. UK, childish & defensive frightens me.

for the last time, more people per million died in Sweden than the United States. I don’t think they’re setting a good example for anyone except Italy or Spain I guess

Except that the Swedish numbers are improving. And the infection and death curve timeline has not fully played out yet. New information should mean we reevaluate previously held conclusions.
